Do you have catering?
Yes. ARAMARK is our exclusive caterer.

Is there a fee to rent the room?
Fees depend upon the space requested. Rental fees can be waived or reduced with a minimum food and beverage expenditure.

Can you hold a room?
Yes, if the date is open, we gladly put a hold on it for you while you make your decision. You get right of first refusal if someone else wants to book the room. To book a room, a deposit is required.

How long do we get the room?
Typically, you may have it all day for no additional fee.

Do you have free parking?
No. There are many parking lots surrounding the stadium and we will help you coordinate parking. Many groups use valet parking.

Can you handle large groups?
Yes. 1,000 for receptions, 800 for a seated meal and 600 theatre style.

Can you handle PowerPoint presentations and IMAG (capability of projecting image of speaker to entire room) productions?
Yes, an outside vendor must provide technical assistance.

Can you book the Ben-Gals and Who Dey (mascot)?
Yes.
