Ben-Gal Cheerleader Auditions
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be at least 20 years of age as of September 1, 2025.
- Candidates must be available throughout the year for practices, which average 2-3 times per week.
- Candidates must be physically fit to endure running/dancing on the field, including performing in inclement weather.
- Candidates must be available for all Bengals home games, including preseason, and playoff games.
WHAT TO WEAR
- We recommend applicants wear athletic spandex shorts, sports bra, (crop top) sneakers, hosiery.

April 13, 2025 Preliminaries for all new contestants who were not on the 2024 current roster

April 15 Semi-Finals for those who made the preliminaries, plus the current roster

April 17, 2025 Mandatory practice for those contestants who made the semi-finals

How can I best prepare for auditions?
We will be hosting in person prep classes with elite choreographers on the following dates: March 18, March 25, April 1, April 3, April 8. Additionally, we will be hosting a Master Workshop on April 12, 2025. We highly encourage you to engage in classes within, or elsewhere to best prepare for auditions. Regular classes are $25 each, from 6:30-8:30 PM, and the Master Workshop is $50 on April 12, 2025 from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM, all at Paycor Stadium.

If I make the squad, what is the time commitment?
The cheerleaders practice primarily Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting mid-May until the end of the football season, including post season play, with built in time off depending on the team schedule.  During the months of June and July, there could be up to 3 practices per week.
Is this a full time job?
No, this is a part-time/seasonal job. Cheerleaders are compensated for all games, practices and appearances. We do encourage all cheerleaders to have a full time job and/or be a full time student.
