Mental Wellness Basics presented locally by Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation
The Bengals are committed to helping build a positive culture around mental health by changing the conversation and offering health & wellness resources to the youth in our community. Mental Wellness Basics serves as a digital resource that introduces middle and high school students to mental health education. Mental Wellness Basics explores healthy coping skills and increases students' confidence in their ability to find help and to help others in need. Launched in 2020, in partnership with United Way, the NFL & Everfi, the program is currently being offered at no cost to 5 schools in Bengals Nation reaching over 600 students, offering over 250 hours of learning each school year.
