The 2025 NFL Scouting Combine kicks off this week at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Player interviews will begin Monday, Feb. 24 with on-field workouts starting Thursday, Feb. 27.
Schedule
Players will arrive as early as Sunday, Feb. 23, with events starting Feb. 24 and continuing through March 3. Players will start their weeks with team interviews and medical exams before meeting with the media and doing their on-field workouts. Coaches and executives will often also meet with media during the week. Director of player personnel Duke Tobin and head coach Zac Taylor will meet with the media Tuesday, Feb. 25, at approximately 3:30 and 4 p.m., respectively. Both press conferences will be streamed on Bengals.com and Bengals social channels.
Interviews
The Combine is often the first chance teams have to interact with players for an extended period of time. Individual interviews with prospects last 18 minutes and cover just about everything under the sun. Topics can range from off-the-field hobbies to what coverage the defense should be in on certain plays.
Workouts
The NFL announced that 329 players will be attending this year's Combine. For many, it is a chance to show off their mental and physical abilities. The on-field workouts are often fan favorites and include the 40-yard dash, 3-cone drill, 20-yard shuffle, broad and vertical jumps, bench press and position-specific drills.
