The Bengals today signed P Drue Chrisman and S Michael Thomas to the practice squad, and released S Sean Davis and CB Tony Brown from the practice squad.
Chrisman, a rookie out of Ohio State University, originally was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in May. He was with Cincinnati during preseason, and then was released from the practice squad on Sept. 7.
Thomas, an eighth-year player out of Stanford University, originally was a college free agent signee of the San Francisco 49ers in 2012. He has spent time with San Francisco, Miami, the N.Y. Giants and Houston. He has played in 97 career games, and has 281 tackles, two sacks, three INTs, 15 PDs and three FFs.
Davis, a sixth-year player out of the University of Maryland, had signed to the Bengals' practice squad on Sept. 25.
Brown, a fourth-year player out of the University of Alabama, joined the Bengals on waivers from Green Bay late in the 2019 season.
