The Bengals today re-signed unrestricted free agent DT Mike Daniels to a one-year contract for the 2021 season.
Daniels, a 10th-year player out of the University of Iowa, originally was a fourth-round pick of the Packers in 2012. He spent his first seven seasons (2012-18) with Green Bay, and then played one year ('19) in Detroit before joining Cincinnati in '20.
Last season for the Bengals, Daniels played and started 11 games and totaled 17 tackles. For his career, he has played in 122 games (85 starts) and totaled 252 tackles, 30 sacks, an INT, five PDs, two FFs and three FRs (including one returned for a TD).
