The Bengals today re-signed free agent CB Tony Brown to a one-year contract for the 2021 season.
Brown, a fourth-year player out of the University of Alabama, originally was a college free agent signee of the L.A. Chargers in 2018. He then spent the 2018-19 seasons with the Green Bay Packers, before joining the Bengals on waivers the day after the '19 season. He played in 13 games (one start) for Cincinnati last season, and recorded 11 tackles and a PD on defense, and two tackles on special teams. For his career, he has played in 33 games (four starts) and has 50 tackles, six PDs and two FFs on defense, and eight tackles and a blocked PAT on special teams.
