The Bengals today signed unrestricted free agent DT T.J. Slaton Jr. to a two-year contract through the 2026 season.
Slaton Jr. (6-5, 340), a fifth-year player out of the University of Florida, originally was a fifth-round draft pick of Green Bay in 2021. He has spent the past four seasons with the Packers (2021-24), playing in 68 regular-season games with 36 starts. His career totals include 133 tackles, six TFLs, two sacks and four PDs. He also has played in four postseason games (three starts), recording 10 tackles with two TFLs.
