Christie Kuhns, President and CEO of the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio, is the Bengals' Inspire Change Changemaker Award recipient. Inspire Change Changemaker Award recipients were selected based on their outstanding work in the community, supporting one or more of the four key pillars encompassed in the Inspire Change initiative.
A proud Cincinnati native, Christie is a dynamic and engaged community leader with a passion for improving the lives of those in underserved communities. In her current role, Christie and her team are advancing the Urban League's mission of ending generational poverty through advocacy and by helping individuals establish careers, become entrepreneurs, build wealth and develop as leaders. A lifelong Bengals fan, Christie announced the team's 2024 second-round draft pick as part of the NFL's Inspire Change campaign.
In addition to receiving special recognition at the Bengals game against the Cleveland Browns, Christie will receive a $10,000 donation from the NFL Foundation, paid directly to a non-profit organization of her choice.
