The Bengals announce the return of CB Davontae Harris to practice today, by designating him for return from the Reserve/Injured list.

Harris, a rookie from Illinois State University, was placed on Reserve/Injured on Sept. 3 due to a knee injury he suffered during preseason. He was a Bengals fifth-round draft pick this year.

Harris' return starts a three-week window during which he may practice with the team without being counted against the 53-player active roster limit. He can be added to the roster at any time during the three-week period.

Today's move constitutes one of a possible two instances a team may make each season in returning a player to practice from the Reserve/Injured list.
