The Bengals went into Sunday's game in Washington with all their regular offensive linemen but back-up right tackle Fred Johnson.
Johnson, who has practiced just once since going on the COVID list two weeks ago and that was in limited fashion Friday, was on the inactive list head coach Zac Taylor handed in 90 minutes before the game at FedEx Field.
Also inactive were kicker Austin Seibert, wide receiver Mike Thomas and offensive linemen B.J. Finney and Keaton Sutherland. Thomas battled a hamstring issue all week and leaves the Bengals with five receivers and without a guy that has played 28 percent of the snaps on offense and 19 percent on special teams.
As he did last week, Taylor declined to name the starting right side of his line. He did say left tackle Jonah Williams is back after missing the last two games with a neck stinger. Starting right tackle Bobby Hart is active after missing the last two games with a knee injury, as is right guard Alex Redmond despite missing some practice time last week with a bicep injury.
