Loaded values will be added on a per game basis and will expire upon the conclusion on the game.
Can I get cashback?
Loaded values cannot be redeemed for cash value and can only be spent on concessions.
Where can guests use it?
Loaded values can be used at all concessions and bars within Paycor Stadium.
Can you use multiple loaded value cards on one transaction?
Yes. Scanning the QR code in the mobile wallet will automatically apply any remaining loaded value in the wallet to the purchase until the loaded value is exhausted.
Can you combine loaded value with a credit card if there is not enough to cover a transaction?
If the loaded value balance does not cover the entire transaction, the loaded value will be applied first, and another payment method will be required to cover the remaining balance.
Can I add loaded value to season tickets outside of the club?
This perk is exclusive to club level season tickets.
