Any changes to your membership including pricing and benefits will be communicated to your Bengals account email. View your account information here.

If you would like to make changes to your account in the form of updating your payment information, requesting a seat change or updating your address, please log in to your Bengals Account by visiting www.bengals.com/am or contact your dedicated Bengals Account Manager.

You will first need to renew your current Season Tickets to have access to an online relocation process that will happen in February. Based on your Season Ticket Member tenure you will be provided a corresponding date and time to relocate and/or purchase additional seats.

By enrolling in Auto Renewal for your season tickets, you're also automatically securing your seats for every home playoff game with Pay As We Play (PAWP).

PAWP guarantees your season ticket location for any potential home playoff game(s), with no money down, and your credit card will only be charged when the Bengals clinch a home playoff game.

We would hate to see you go! If you choose not to renew for the following season you will lose your seat location, tenure and benefits. Any associated season parking passes will also be forfeited. If you have a COA, status will reset for future membership purchases.

To repurchase season tickets, you will have to join the waitlist.

Your parking will automatically renew with your tickets. If you'd like to change or add parking, that will occur during our relocation process in February. Please feel free to email your Bengals representative to indicate your interest in parking for next season.
