While NFL free agency is heating up, the NFL Draft is right around the corner. The league awarded its compensatory picks Tuesday evening, given to teams that end up with more qualifying free agents lost than gained in a particular year. Teams are awarded compensatory picks between rounds three and seven of the draft based on a league formula that includes average player salary, snap counts and postseason awards. The Bengals did not qualify for any compensatory selections in 2025, meaning they will have six total selections come April in Green Bay.

Note: Cincinnati traded its 2025 seventh-round pick to the Chicago Bears for RB Khalil Herbert during the 2024 NFL season.

  • Round 2, Pick 49
  • Round 3, Pick 81
  • Round 4, Pick 119
