The Bengals today placed CB Dre Kirkpatrick on the Reserve/Injured list and signed both WR Damion Willis and LB Hardy Nickerson off the practice squad.
Kirkpatrick, an eighth-year veteran who was a first-round pick of the Bengals in 2012, suffered a knee injury in Game 6 at Baltimore and has missed the last three games. He started the first six games of the season and had 33 total tackles, as well as four passes defensed (still tied for team lead). He has 10 career INTs.
Willis, a rookie out of Troy University, was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in May and had opened the season on the team's active roster before being waived on Oct. 23 and signed to the practice squad on Oct. 24. He played in the Bengals' first seven games (two starts) this season, and recorded nine catches for 82 yards.
Nickerson, a third-year player, was a Bengals college free agent signee in 2017 and played in 30 games with nine starts for the team from '17-18. He was waived on Sept. 1 and signed to the practice squad on Sept. 3.
