The Bengals signed free agent G Quinton Spain to the practice squad. To make room for Spain, the team released DE Kendall Futrell from the practice squad.
Spain (6-4, 330), a sixth-year player out of the West Virginia University, originally was a college free agent signee of the Tennessee Titans in 2015. He was with the Titans through the 2018 season, and then joined the Buffalo Bills in '19. He has played in 70 career games, with 66 starts. He was released by Buffalo on Oct. 21.
Futrell, a rookie out of East Carolina University, was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in April. He had spent all seven games this season on Cincinnati's practice squad.
