Bengals Team Up With Rumpke For Gameday Recycling

The Bengals and Rumpke Waste & Recycling are working to tackle waste at Paycor Stadium by giving fans the opportunity to recycle their bottles, cans and cups on gameday. As an official trash removal and recycling partner, Rumpke is increasing recycling opportunities at the stadium by installing new recycling containers next to all trash cans in the main concourse.

"The Bengals have done a great job of recycling behind the scenes and after games," said Jeff Snyder, senior vice president of recycling, Rumpke. "With the addition of these green containers throughout the stadium, fans can now easily participate in recycling, maintaining the good recycling habits they have at home and allowing the Bengals to divert even more material from the waste stream."

The Bengals were able to recover 85,000 pounds of recyclable material during the 2023 season.

"Our goal is to make recycling easy and accessible everywhere," Snyder said. "We continue to invest heavily into our recycling programs, including more than $100 million in the last two years to ensure our facilities have the most advanced capabilities to allow our customers to recycle the most amount of material possible."
