The Bengals on Tuesday made the following roster moves:
- Placed CB Trae Waynes on the Reserve/Injured list. Waynes, a seventh-year player, suffered a right hamstring injury in Sunday's game vs. the Green Bay Packers. He had played in two games this season, and had five tackles.
- Released P Drue Chrisman from the practice squad. Chrisman, a rookie out of Ohio State University, was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in May.
- Signed CB Holton Hill and HB Elijah Holyfield to the practice squad.
Hill (6-2, 196), a fourth-year player out of the University of Texas, originally was college free agent signee of the Minnesota Vikings in 2018. He spent his first three seasons (2018-20) with Minnesota, and then spent time briefly with the Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys this year. He has played in 28 career games, and has 69 tackles, a sack, and INT, 11 PDs and a FR.
Holyfield (5-10, 215), a first-year player out of the University of Georgia, originally was a college free agent signee of the Panthers in 2019. He has spent time with both Carolina and Philadelphia, and played in one game with the Eagles (no statistics).
