The Bengals want our Web site readers to know that the Hamilton County Administration recently recommended a financing plan that permanently solves the stadium fund issue.
This week, the Bengals supported that plan, and confirmed that support in writing. We invite you to review the letter.
As County Auditor Dusty Rhodes has highlighted, the County's funding problems arose because the County diverted stadium fund dollars to other projects (many with the support of Commissioner Todd Portune). This is what Dusty calls "mission creep." Nonetheless, the current County Administration has a plan to solve the problem once and for all, and we hope many will agree that it has real promise.
Again, we invite you to spend a few minutes reviewing the letter. We believe you'll find it interesting and informative.
