How much does it cost to join the waitlist?
There is a one-time deposit of $150 per seat. Your deposit is non-refundable. 100% of the deposit will be applied to the eventual purchase of your season tickets.
How long before I receive the opportunity to purchase season tickets?
We are able to offer season tickets to those on the waitlist only as season tickets become available. Due to demand from existing Season Ticket Members, we are unable to estimate how long it may be before you are offered season tickets.
Is there a limit to the number of deposits I can place?
You may place up to four deposits (4 seats).
Are waitlist deposits and the associated spot in line transferrable?
No, waitlist deposits may not be transferred, including by those who have COAs for other season ticket seats.
Is my $150 per seat deposit refundable?
The $150 per seat deposit is non-refundable. 100% of the deposit will be applied to the eventual purchase of your season tickets.
Can I add more seats to my waitlist account?
Yes.  At any time, you may add additional deposits (maximum of four) to your account. New deposits will be added to your existing account as a separate rank at the end of the Waitlist. You have the option to defer any deposits that receive a higher rank to the end of the Waitlist with your additional deposits.
When will I be notified of my standing on the waitlist?
Your priority is updated once a year. You will receive an email after the Season Ticket Member renewal process.
Will I be able to pick my seat location when I am offered seats?
Waitlist members will be contacted in order with the opportunity to purchase new season tickets following the Season Ticket Member renewal/relocation process. You will be able to pick seats from our available inventory when your opportunity arises.
Will I be able to move my seat location after being offered seats?
Each year, Season Ticket Members who have renewed their season tickets by the renewal due date, will be eligible to participate in Season Ticket Member relocation. STMs are able to view available seats and choose new seat locations from available inventory at that time. Please be advised that the number of seats available for relocation will fluctuate based on available inventory.
If I’m contacted about Season Tickets and am unable to purchase at the time, can I decline?
Yes, you are able to defer twice before you will be moved to the end of the waitlist.
