1. Joseph Ossai had a great day, even recording a rare training camp safely on a run. "The only reason I was able to make that play is my guys got interior push," said Ossai. "We've got some dudes in the middle of the line."

2. Trent Brown did O-line drills for the first time and says he'll be ready for action quickly thanks to 9 years of NFL experience. "I've got a lot of reps under my belt, so it will be fine as long as I get the terminology down. It will be like riding a horse or riding a bike."

3. Chase Brown looks much-improved as a route runner coming out of the backfield, and Zac Taylor says he's having a strong camp. "Consistency — it's my favorite training camp word." Zac said. "Chase has been very consistent, and that's what we're counting on from him."

4. The defensive has won the last two days, and Lou Anarumo gives rave reviews to safeties Vonn Bell and Geno Stone. "Their instincts on the field, anticipating things before they happen and communicating that to the rest of the group — you can't put a price on that," Lou said.

5. Holding is more of an a science than most of us realize. For instance, Even McPherson wants the nose of the ball to point slightly toward the holder, but that can vary based on wind direction (this kick would be good on a regulation goal post)
