1. Brad Robbins was the first guy on the field and his warmup routine included trying to punt a ball into a trash can 65 yards away. "He's a little bigger. He's a little stronger. All good things," said Darrin Simmons

2. Sam Hubbard looks great coming off of ankle surgery. His goal is 10+ sacks. "Just being an athlete again," Sam said. "Moving how I want to move. Running at top speed and cutting. Joe got out of the pocket and I was chasing him and tracking his hip like I couldn't in the past."

3. Joe Burrow had another good day, highlighted by a perfectly thrown deep ball to Shedrick Jackson over tight coverage by Dax Hill. "Dax was pressed up on me and Joe saw it," Jackson said. "The safety wasn't over the top, so he gave me a chance and I came down with the ball."

4. Dax Hill is gaining confidence at outside CB. His closing speed on runs and short passes really stands out. "He's got traits that some of the best that have ever done it have," said Lou Anarumo. "If you're going to draw up an outside corner, he hits all the checkmarks."

5. At the start of practice, RB Chase Brown jumped in to some drills with WRs coach Troy Walters. "I want to upgrade that aspect of my game – especially if I want to take a step forward in this offense and in this league," Brown said. "That's what I focused on this offseason."
